Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

By purchasing a subscription, service, or AI-based solution from KITS WebGen, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Refund Conditions for Paid Plans

• No refunds for partial-period usage
• No refunds if AI credits have been consumed
• No refunds for misuse or violation of policies
• No refunds for incorrect usage or misunderstanding of platform functionality

Refund requests may be evaluated only in cases of:

• Duplicate payment
• Technical failure where service was not usable
• Unauthorized transaction

Cancellation of Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing but does not grant refund for the current billing cycle.

Processing Time

Approved refund requests are processed within 7–14 working days through Razorpay or original payment method.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting support first may result in account suspension.
