This Privacy Policy applies to data collected through the KITS WebGen website, web apps, mobile apps, APIs, and any services offered under the KITS WebGen brand, including authentication (Google Sign-In), AI processing (OpenAI), and payment processing (Razorpay).

• Email address, optional phone number
• Authentication credentials and OAuth identifiers (secure encrypted storage)
• Billing and invoicing details including billing address and GST/Tax identifiers when supplied
• Support requests, feedback, and other messages you submit
• Files, documents, prompts and other content you upload for processing

Usage and Technical Data (Automatically Collected)

• IP address and approximate geolocation
• Device type, browser, OS, and client software versions
• Session identifiers, timestamps, and activity logs
• Performance telemetry and error reports
• Referral and campaign data

Billing and Payment Data (Razorpay)

Payments are securely processed through Razorpay. We collect only non-sensitive billing data required for tax and transaction records. KITS does not store card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, OTP or ATM details. Razorpay tokenizes payment identifiers and maintains full PCI-DSS & RBI regulatory compliance.

Google Sign-In Data

If you choose Google authentication we only request basic profile data: Google ID, email, name, and profile image. We never request Gmail content or contacts.

AI Processing Data (OpenAI)

Data submitted for AI processing may be temporarily transmitted to OpenAI under strict confidentiality. Your data is not used to train OpenAI public models.

Cookies and Local Storage

Session storage and cookies are used to maintain authentication, store preferences (such as theme), and measure usage analytics. You can disable cookies at any time.
